We are a General Contracting firm engaging in commercial and industrial construction. Glassen Consulting has been servicing our computer system since 2007. Curtis and his staff have never let me down. He has installed an excellent system that has required minimal maintenance.

Last year we had Glassen install a new off-site back-up system. Two months ago we had inadvertently deleted some important documents. I contacted Curtis and he had located the files and restored them the same day.

I highly recommend the back-up system and Glassen Consulting.

It’s been great knowing that my backups are being monitored every day and that my information is secure.

It’s really too bad that we are not allowed to select ALL the attributes that describe Curtis. I met Curtis when he was that intern early in his career.

Because I was moving around with IT providers, I lost track of Curtis(what a loss that was). Luckily he tracked me down when I needed help the most.

Curtis is my “go to” guy with all the confidence that I could possibly have.

This is one person you must get to know!!!!!!!!!!

Glassen Consulting and Automation has been an asset to our company over the years with their great customer service, extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities. They have always provided excellent service quickly for a reasonable cost. Our company headquarters is located out of the country and Glassen Consulting works closely and efficiently with our off-site IT department. Thanks to the quick response from Glassen Consulting we have never experienced extended down times with our computer systems, hardware or software.
In addition, Curtis provides Cordstrap with quality referrals for other projects needing assistance that Glassen Consulting does not provide. I would certainly recommend the services of Glassen Consulting and Automation.

I have worked with Curtis Glassen since 2002, when he worked for a different firm. When he told me he was going to begin his own consulting business, in 2006, it was a natural move for us to go with him. I would not have anyone else working on our system. Curtis and his staff are very well versed in every aspect of technology and if there is something they do not know, they will research the problem and come up with an appropriate fix. They are always on hand to help fix what needs to be fixed and truly this firm goes above and beyond on all aspects of business. They are all friendly and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend, and I have, Glassen Consulting and Automation to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient firm.

Client Portal Added

Existing customers may now request a login and password to access our new customer portal. Our portal will allow you to quickly look up the status of current service requests, or view details about tickets that have already been completed. They may even create new service requests/tickets right from our website.

Emergency Support Added
