			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are a General Contracting firm engaging in commercial and industrial construction.  Glassen Consulting has been servicing our computer system since 2007. Curtis and his staff have never let me down. He has installed an excellent system that has required minimal maintenance.</p>
<p>Last year we had Glassen install a new off-site back-up system. Two months ago we had inadvertently deleted some important documents. I contacted Curtis and he had located the files and restored them the same day.</p>
<p>I highly recommend the back-up system and Glassen Consulting.</p>
<p>It’s been great knowing that my backups are being monitored every day and that my information is secure.</p>

They have always provided excellent service quickly for a reasonable cost. Our company headquarters is located out of the country and Glassen Consulting works closely and efficiently with our off-site IT department. Thanks to the quick response from Glassen Consulting we have never experienced extended down times with our computer systems, hardware or software.<br />
In addition, Curtis provides Cordstrap with quality referrals for other projects needing assistance that Glassen Consulting does not provide. I would certainly recommend the services of Glassen Consulting and Automation.</p>

They are always on hand to help fix what needs to be fixed and truly this firm goes above and beyond on all aspects of business.  They are all friendly and very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend, and I have, Glassen Consulting and Automation to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient firm.</p>
